Helping Young People Master Their Purpose and Network For Long-Lasting Career Success

Remember when you were in high school?

The idea began when I first read the statistic that 88% of people dislike their jobs. I then started to think about how this could possibly happen? I realized that it’s because as a young person, we aren’t taught how to figure out our purpose. Therefore, we choose a degree, a job, or a career path based on the money that it will make or by the ease of access to achieve that career. What’s even more interesting is that 85% of jobs are found through networking! How many kids are taught to network? Very few, in fact, there is a large percentage of students who know how many opportunities even exist in the USA.

In a world with a generation who were stuck inside, with a rise of fatherless homes, a rise in depression and anxiety, generational poverty, and an ever changing job market, it’s more important than ever for our young people to find a career that is purpose driven. After all, we spend 33% of our lives working, why would we set people up to dislike that much our their life?

As a Christian Based Organization..

We are followers of Jesus Christ, therefore, we believe that helping others is more important than individual success and wealth. Money isn’t the epitome of success, but rather it is the fuel for the mission. In our case, our mission is people. We believe in helping solve the problem of networking through building a community of like minded men and women giving back to students at the high school and college level to help them network with local business owners and professionals so that they can find their purpose earlier, be connected with incredible career opportunities, and change the lives of countless talents kids for a brighter future.
