
who is Joe Ignace?
Joe is a serial entrepreneur. He strives to help people master their purpose, develop leadership skills, win in business, and figure out how to live the life they want to live. At a surprisingly young age, Joe has done over 7000 hours of door to door sales and recruited over 43 sales reps to do the same. He ran a massive sales organization when he was just 24 as one of the youngest district sales leaders of all time at a 168+ year old company leading over 35 people. He currently owns a The Knowledge Gap Consulting Services where he helps business professionals, sales people, and entrepreneurs grow their businesses. He is the President of The Knowledge Gap Foundation which helps young people master their purpose. He will soon be releasing his first ever helping others book centered around facing your problems head on to reach your true potential in life.
Joe is a follower of Jesus Christ and a family man. Nothing he has accomplished would have been possible without God and without his fiercest supporter and beautiful wife, Danielle.
More About Joe
Joe was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and grew up in Johnson City, Tennessee. He graduated in 2018 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in accounting and finance with a 3.99 GPA in the top 1% of students totally debt free. He sold books door to door with the southwestern company in college making over $100k while a student in just 3 summers. In total, he sold for over 7000+ hours helping families with their education in college and as a young professional. He was able to start a new business for 6 summers straight in towns across the country with no leads, no reputation, and no previous customers in under 13 weeks. His best summer, he sold over $200,000+ in books and website sales in under 11 weeks.
After graduation, he ran a $1.2 million sales organization of 35+ sales people as the second youngest district sales leader in over 168+ years of business at the age of 24 years old. He then helped start Elevate Wellness, a Personal Training, and online personal training company which he scaled to 6+ figures in under 12 months with his partners. He is the founder and host of the Knowledge Gap Show on how to master your purpose and grow your business. He is the president and founder of The Knowledge Gap Foundation which has just started it’s first club on campus at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The club is all about helping young people master their purpose. He is the founder of the Knowledge Gap Consulting Services where he helps businesses owners, organizations, sales people, realtors, musicians, and entrepreneurs grow their businesses through improving their branding, systems, and processes. Whether he is helping his clients start podcasts, develop personal brands, increase sales, recruit more people, or monetize what they love to do, Joe has a heart for helping people find their purpose in life, and make a plan to get there.

Joe and Danielle were married on September 12, 2021 just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. They are strong believers in Jesus Christ, and they strive to live their lives in pursuit of loving God and loving people. Danielle is a social worker helping vulnerable children and single mothers stay together and have good lives. She is also an accomplished author of a children's book called Lily's Story. She is the founder and president of Lily's Story Foundation which supports kids in foster care.
Joe and Danielle enjoy hiking in the Smokey's, playing soccer and tennis, and going to see the Tennessee Vols play in any sporting event.
Their mission is to add value to as many people as they can and to lead by example in everything they do the benefit of others and kids.
